The worst management company I’ve had to deal with. They do not pick up the phone, or answer emails. Last year, in August 2023, reached out for repairs.. the repairs were made in March of 2024. Now they sent the super to tell us they don’t want us to have a doormats. Why? Of course I tried calling to find out and OF COURSE they don’t ever pick up. They’re worried about doormats yet their tenants are calling 311 constantly because of the rat issue outside in the alley way.
I never give reviews. 1 star is an overstatement. Thieves at best. My security deposit is being illegally withheld. Management’s communication is little to none, and renewing tenants have not even received a new lease for the new term, even though these thieves are expecting them to pay rent. Anything above 1 stars in these reviews are probably by the “management” themselves. Repulsive and disgusting and I hope they get overturned.
I give one star because you need to leave a star to be able to post a review. My family has resided 58 years in a rental property which chestnut holding acquired about 25-30years ago, they have allowed the conditions to be almost uninhabitable. My mom has been living in one of the apts this company owns, and they have let the building fall apart for ages now! No one does anything!!! It’s sad honestly, this company is the worst in the history. They don’t fix any repairs , the apartments are falling apart, super unprofessional, unkind , and there’s no word for describe them honestly. They don’t do.
