I have been dealing with pounders for over 36 years, and I have always got exceptional care. Looking out for me and not just themselves. They have always made it right! I was so impressed with the service I received at Pounder’s Jewelry. They soldered my engagement ring & wedding band together beautifully! Turnaround time was quick & prices were reasonable to boot! The whole process went so smoothly. Debbie was terrific. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Teresa was awesome in getting my two Hamilton watches repaired at a very reasonable price. I really enjoyed my interaction with this company and her as well. I specifically drove from the western part of Washington near the Olympic Peninsula just to come to this place off of a friend's recommendation. I am also grateful that Leo was able to repair my watches.
