Very intelligent doctor
I've been to other ENTs, but Dr. Kupferman was much more thorough and got to the root of the problem that was so often overlooked. His staff is great and very accommodating to my needs. He takes time to answer your questions and responds quickly to emails.
Dr. Kupferman takes time with his patients. From check in to check out expect to be there about 2 hours. Great staff, friendly and helpful.This is the lighthouse point location.
I was over there for one year I could not heard good enough and I had fluid leaking through my throat along stuffy noise unoticed, during my visits, I can tell I am very satisfied and I will recommend anyone to this provider.
Dr Kupferman is very thorough and caring…..never rushed…..office staff is very very efficient……would and have recommended them….
I could not be more pleased with my experiences at South Florida ENT associates. Due to serious ear congestion, I've had 3 appointments this week and each time I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the doctor and the staff, the ability to have my questions and concerns answered quickly and with compassion, the ease of scheduling, and the very short in-office wait times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone in need of an ENT specialist.
Everyone of the office staff ,drs,nurses etc was absolutely the best….very nice,pleasant,attentive,made you feel like you mattered ….I go to many drs,and believe me,I never felt more comfortable….I couldn’t wait to to tell my friends,everyone that needs an ENt and beyond,Dr Kupferman and staff thank you for making me relaxed and comfortable…..
At first I was disappointed after trying to get some extras done and each time, I tried I was turned down because the office did not submit the referral. I gave Dr. Kupferman a second chance in which I am elated. I have completed two surgeries with him and the follow up and I thank God for him. He is gentle and he demonstrates professionalism yet caring attributes toward his patient no matter what your race his. Keep up the good work and May the Lord continue to bless your practice.
The best doctor I have ever seen. He spends quality time with his patients, is friendly, very knowledgeable, diagnoses my allergy problems when 5 other doctors didn't even notice my problem was ALLERGIES. My primary kept sending me to specialists who found nothing wrong but gave me antibiotics & steroids to help with the ear/sinus aches, which actually did not help as the infections came back within 3 wks... Dr. Kupferman cleared up my swollen sinuses and my allergies are subsiding,
