They do not answer the phones and do not return the calls, they call me Friday about the Monday 8/22/2022 appointment asking me for the referral from my primary doctor, I called the primary doctor and asked to fax the referral again. zzOn Monday 8/22/22 I called and left message to confirm my appointment but no body called. Terrible , He checked my throat for Growth I discovered when I did a small video of my throat. He could not tell me what it was. He then proceeded to schedule me for unnecessary tests that I never told him I had problems with. His plan was to build up a large bill for me to pay. He canceled my throat video screening twice. I shill have problems with my throat. What a waste of time . It's a shame when you put your trust in the Medical Professional hand and we pay for no results. He should be banned from the medical field.
He did not explain anything upon my examination. He just stuck the instrument up my nose without an explanation, after it became very uncomfortable he stated in a strong firm voice "do not move". He didn't explain anything prior to my ear inspection. While he was doing something in my ear it was a loud noise that sounded like a very loud vacuum cleaner.
After 2 hours + he spent 5 minutes with me. What a waste of time. Find a better doctor with a better staff.

I went to see Dr Kupferman for Sinus problems for the first time. I hate giving bad reviews but this was so upsetting. He did not explain the procedure before Cauterizing my Nostril. Which he Cauterized the wrong one until i had to correct him. I had to ask him what are you doing. it hurts. He did not give me a straight answer. He also blow air in my ear without letting me know. I went to Dr. Kupferman for a nosebleed. While I was there, he decided to check my ears to see if there was any blood in them. He used a vacuum device to remove the wax from my ears. The vacuum device sounded extremely loud in my ears while he was doing the procedure, and when he was done, I had a metallic-sounding in my left ear. Should have gone with my first instances. If you have a good health insurance plan you're Not a patient you are more a billing code. Recommend you look for another ENT. My damage is already done. Should have read his reviews before seeing this doctor.
Terrible, do not go to this office.
