My son went there to be diagnosed with allergies. He spent 4 to 5 minutes with my son touched him on his knee. And then handed him a piece of paper for more test totaling $3000. And then sent him on his way.
Never again
Dr. Kupferman kept me waiting an hour each visit with no remorse. He requested 7 tests for me and never explained the results. When asked 3 times to forward my records he never did. He did not help me at all.
I scheduled an appointment for wax removal from ears and hearing test. He said my voice was raspy and inserted tube in my nose. He immediately set up appointment for allergy test and videostroboscopy even though I feel fine with no symptoms. I have been going to this practice for years with a different doctor who left the practice and never recommended these tests even though Dr. Kupferman said he saw evidence of his findings on previous tests done by previous doctor. I am 67 years old and have seen my fair share of doctors, but I will never return to Dr Kupferman's office. My appointment time was 1:45, which I arrived 15 minutes early. I didn't leave until 3:30, almost 2 hours there....and they honestly would not let me leave until I took a hearing test. I went in to have wax buildup removed, never an issue with hearing. He may be a licensed doctor, but is a business person at heart. He will schedule you multiple unnecessary tests that don't even address the problem. He will make excuses as to why you cannot do multiple tests in a single day, instead he schedules the tests throughout the week in order to gauge your insurance company as much money as possible. Very disappointed. Doctor was not friendly at all. I waiting almost 1 hour every time I went to office. Doctor told me I needed several tests, I had 2 tests at office and had to come back for the other 2 tests, but the office cancelled y appointment because they said something like the technician went on leave. They never called me back to reschedule and when I called then, they offered me appointments for next year!!! that was 9 months after my initial visit.
Terrible, very disappointing, I do not recommend it at all. He sent several exams that were not need, allergy test and I had never being allergy in my live...I went because I had a pain in my ear, and I still with the pain! He just goes for the money of my insurance...very unprofessional...
Had several appointments, which always last an hour and half to two hours standards. Which is not in care, but waiting. Runs, every test possible being aware of insurance max out of pocket. Had be do a CT scan, never following up with results. Wanted be to get shots weekly, more money to him. Additional his two location don't look very nice.
